Sharing Board where every team member acknowledges and recognizes the value
and ability of other members, a Happiness Corner, Game Corner and even Model Building
to foster relationships and happiness amongst ourselves.

Together, we created the Happy Movement, an array of activities that involves
the participation of every member such as the Happiness Box, a Quote a Week,
and documenting Happy Moments@Work, where every member lives happiness daily.
Another movement we champion is in awarding Core Value Badges to members for
practicing happiness behaviours, and collecting them where ultimately it builds up
to rank from Bronze to Gold, and be recognized as the Happy Employee of the
month. Through these, we aim to cultivate and translate happiness in all that we do.
